Where do your Chocolates come from?
Our chocolates are imported by Rose City Chocolatier from a small family owned chocolatier in nortern Belgium.

Are your chocolates all natural?
Our Chocolates Are All Natural- No artificial flavors, fillers, colors or preservatives are ever added to our chocolates, and the fillings are made in small batches by hand. The chocolate coverture contains 100% cocoa butter.

What is Couverture Chocolate?
A couverture is simply a chocolate with a relatively higher cocoa butter content a minimum of 32%, often as much as 39%. This high cocoa butter content contributes fluidity, smoothness, strength and ease of handling.

How long will my chocolate last?
Solid milk chocolate will last approximately nine months and solid dark chocolate will last approximately one year. Filled chocolates, such as truffles and pralines, will last approximately four to six months. But then again once you taste them they could be gone in a day...

Are your Chocolate bars from Belgium
No our chocolate bars are not from Belgium. They are how ever made from Large blocks of Belgian Chocolate here in the U.S.
